As a successful Event Manager Webinars & Webcasts, you will play an essential role in the customer experience as you will have a direct impact on the success of our customers webinars and it effective on respective audiences.

To support its expansion into Power Derivatives, Nord Pool is looking for a Strategy and Business Analyst V.I.E to join the team from February 2025, for an initial period of 12 months (can be extended).

You will be involved in the launch of this new segment, contributing to business development, project management and other activities to support the growth of the business.

This is a unique opportunity to grow in a demanding role, reporting directly to the Head of Power Derivatives, and working in close collaboration with various departments of the company.

It is also a great opportunity to learn more about the European electricity markets (both physical and financial) and energy trading.

You will be primarily responsible for: 

  • Work with relevant departments in the company / Euronext Group involved in the launch of Power Derivatives; participate in meetings with them and ensure alignment between teams.

Your profile:

Din profil

Du har tidligere arbejdet med projekter og forstår derfor at strukturere og prioritere dine arbejdsopgaver. Derudover er du vant til at tage ansvar for dine egne opgaver og går til dem med stor systematik uanset sværhedsgrad. Vi har faste procedurer for det meste, så du skal trives med, at disse oftest er givet på forhånd.

Arbejdstid, løn og proces

Der er tale om en tidsbegrænset ansættelse på tre måneder med forventet opstart 3. februar 2025.

Den normale ugentlige arbejdstid er 25 timer eksklusiv pauser med fysisk fremmøde i vores domicil på Christianshavn.

Arbejdstiden er som udgangspunkt i perioden mandag-fredag i tidsrummet fra kl. 09.00 til 16.00, men den præcise arbejdstid aftales i teamet. Der kan fx forekomme aftenarbejde enkelte dage i forbindelse med generalforsamlinger mod honorering.

Den faste månedsløn for en ugentlig arbejdstid på 25 timer vil være 20.270 kr.        

Dertil kommer pension, omsorgsdage og ferie efter Finanssektorens Standardoverenskomst, samt Gruppeliv-, Ulykke-, Sundheds- og Tandforsikring, fordelagtig kantineordning og fri frugt, kaffe og sodavand på kontoret.

Omschrijving

Als Account Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het genereren van new business trajecten en uitbreiden van het productportfolio bij bestaande klanten van iBabs, door de ontwikkeling van strategische accountplannen en het opbouwen van belangrijke relaties met stakeholders bij de klant.

De rol vereist een sterke focus op strategisch accountmanagement, het identificeren en ontwikkelen van upsell- en cross-sellingmogelijkheden en het samenwerken met productspecialistische verkoop-, trainings-, marketing-, advies- en ontwikkelingsteams om transacties af te ronden en de omzetgroei te stimuleren.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

  • Bouw aan en onderhoud sterke commerciële relaties met klanten binnen jouw klantenset binnen het Publieke segment. Realiseer de gestelde omzet binnen het vastgestelde budget en tijdslijnen.

  • Stel offertes en contracten op, bespreek en overleg deze aan klanten aan. Zorg ervoor dat alle benodigde randdocumentatie beschikbaar en en up to date is.

  • Blijf op de hoogte van ontwikkelingen binnen het Publieke Segment, neem actief deel aan webinars, en houd je kennis up-to-date, zodat je een vertrouwde adviseur kunt zijn voor onze klanten.

  • Initieer en onderhoud strategisch accountplannen met jouw vaste klantenset, werk samen met de Marketingafdeling om deze strategische klanten effectief te bereiken en behouden. Ontwikkel samen segment specifieke acties en stem Marketing activiteiten af om klanten efficiënt te bedienen.

  • Ondersteuning van Tendermanager en actief meewerken bij aanbestedingen, marktconsultaties en deelname aan demo en productpresentaties

  • Gebruik HubSpot om de organisatie en het beheer van leads, kansen en relatiecontactpunten te stimuleren.

Vereiste ervaring/vaardigheden:

  • Bewezen trackrecord met meer dan 5 jaar in directe klantgerichte verkooprollen gericht op zakelijke/strategische/key accountklanten binnen een softwareomgeving gericht op de publieke sector.

  • Bewezen vermogen om complexe oplossingen met meerdere producten effectief te demonstreren en verkopen, en de waardepropositie van iBabs aan klanten en hun belangrijkste belanghebbenden te verwoorden.

  • Uitstekende communicatie- en beïnvloedingsvaardigheden door middel van mondelinge, schriftelijke en interpersoonlijke presentatie.

Key Accountabilities

  • Within the Primary Markets department, the Equity Listing team sets strategic priorities, steers pan-European projects and leads regulatory engagement,  in close cooperation with the business development and sales teams.

  • The main responsibilities of the intern will be to assist the Equity Listing team in projects to deliver on the Primary Markets business unit’s 2027 strategic ambitions to enhance Euronext’s value proposition and its position as a key listing venue among global exchanges.

  • Such projects may include, but are not limited to: (i) reinforcing Euronext listing franchise leading position focusing on Tech companies, SMEs and ESG-related topics; (ii) enhancing the commercial coverage model and the value proposition towards existing and prospective issuers; (iii) optimising the end-to-end customer experience for listed companies at various touchpoints and in collaboration with other client-facing teams; (iv) improving the visibility and attractivity of Euronext as a listing venue to firms inside and outside Euronext’s core geographies; (v) harmonising regulatory frameworks and advocating for adequate rules, measures and initiatives to reinforce European equity capital markets competitiveness and attractiveness.

  • Taking part in the team’s effort and contribution to strengthening the department, the intern will also help bolster the team’s research capacities by contributing to know-how and content on specific sectors and/or topics related to equity capital markets.

  • On an ad hoc basis, he/she will also support the listing sales teams in their data analysis for commercial pitches to address clients, prospects or partners.


 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

Profile

  • Final or penultimate year of master’s degree, specialising in business, finance, engineering or political science from a top tier institution.

  • Previous experience, ideally in a strategy consulting firm and/or investment bank, or in a demanding position in the wider financial services industry and/or in a large corporate, would be a plus.

Desired attributes and skills

  • Good understanding of financial services.

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to quickly gain a deep understanding of a wide span of complex strategic, operational and regulatory matters.

About the Tax team

Euronext has a small team of dedicated tax professionals to manage the fast-growing and dynamic Group’s tax affairs. The team is based in Amsterdam and Milan, but is supported by and supporting our finance, legal, business and other colleagues within the Group.  

About the Position

We're looking for a talented and dedicated transfer pricing expert to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in managing Euronext's cross-border transactions, providing practical advice to teams across the organization, and helping shape the implementation of transfer pricing strategies.

This is a hands-on position, offering you the chance to work in a fast-paced environment where you’ll develop new skills, drive efficiencies, and contribute to key decision-making processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Support new business initiatives: Offer your expertise on new integration projects, drafting memos that outline risks and available options, while liaising with external advisors as needed.

  • Guide and play an active role in complex processes:

  • Monitor and support the ongoing MAPA process with competent authorities, ensuring smooth compliance.

  • Help integrate newly acquired businesses into the Euronext transfer pricing methodology, shaping the future of the Group’s tax structure.

  • Lead the management and updating of OTP processes and IC calculations, identifying automation opportunities and driving efficiencies

  • Drive documentation accuracy: Assist in preparing and reviewing TP master and local files with local finance teams and external advisors, ensuring everything is up to date and compliant.

  • Ensure global compliance: Provide input on legal documentation (such as intercompany contracts) to make sure we stay ahead of compliance requirements in tax jurisdictions worldwide.

  • Support audits: Assist in TP audits, managing information requests, liaising with local teams, and providing insightful responses to any queries.

  • Team work and collaboration: Provide guidance to local finance teams on intercompany pricing for cross-border transactions, helping to streamline processes and promote a culture of collaboration.

Your profile

  • University degree in Law, Economics, Accounting & Finance or in a related field.

  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in an international tax/transfer pricing advisory role.

  • Big 4 experience preferred.

  • TP experience is considered as a clear advantage. Training on the job and external trainings are available to assist the successful candidate in becoming a TP specialist.

  • Dynamic with an ability to work independently, take initiative, solve problems, and make decisions.

  • Solid analytical skills with strong attention to detail to assess and curate large amount of data from multiple sources to reveal the bigger picture.

  • Team player with strong communication skills as you will be involved in cross border multidisciplinary projects and transactions

  • Strong computer literacy (MS Excel).

  • Written and verbal fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of Dutch, French or Italian is an advantage.
