You will complete a broad variety of tasks supporting 3 CEOs in different locations:

• Managing and optimising the CEO’s agenda, including coordination with multiple stakeholders to schedule internal and external meetings
• Making travel arrangements and arranging detailed travel itineraries including accommodation, agendas and documentation
• Completing expense reports and handling procurement and payment issues
• Providing assistance in other areas as requested by the CEO, including support during internal or client events
