We hereby inform that, on 30th April, 2024, 4.100.000,00 EUR of commercial paper of company Mota-Engil - S.G.P.S., S.A. shall be registered regarding the loan "COMMERCIAL PAPER PROGRAMME MOTA-ENGIL - ME CP 6M SEPT 2024 (BANKINTER)", under the code ME1JJM (ISIN PTME1JJM0093). These commercial paper is fungible with 800.000,00 EUR already issued (total amount in circulation: 4.900.000,00 EUR).
