Risk & Compliance department overview

Within the Risk & Compliance department, a team of almost 50 talented professionals in Risk, BCM and Compliance, spread across our various geographies, is ensuring to preserve the value assets and reputation of the company. Identifying and assessing risks, implementing mitigation actions, informing and raising staff and business awareness, monitoring and ensuring compliance with the appropriate regulations are the core activities embedded in our team.

The teams, as all its key stakeholders, including local Boards, Regulators, are located in all Euronext entities (Paris, Porto, Milan, Oslo, New York, Dublin, Copenhagen…).

Your role as Compliance Officer

The compliance officer reports to Head of Compliance of Euronext Dublin. The role will be based either in Dublin or Paris.

He/She contributes to the success of the relevant compliance functions for Euronext Group.

Compliance responsibilities:

  • The compliance executive participates in Euronext group-wide efforts to implement, promote and mature the compliance culture of Euronext.

  • Contribute to core Compliance policies review and monitoring from a group wide perspective. Ensure applicability to local market.

  • Support groupwide risk analysis in relation to compliance risk and Client/Product risk in the execution of their risk analysis, including local requirements

  • Create awareness at the Group and local level of such policies and practices

  • Participate in Group initiatives and projects, as identified

  • Assist in the development and implementation of the local compliance monitoring program in line with the risk based Group approach and the requirements of the Regulator

  • Perform monitoring controls in line with this risk based approach and report to Group and Local management

  • Work closely with and maintain strong internal relationships with business units.

  • Support the local MLRO

Your profile

Competency and personal requirements

Essential:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience from compliance work in the financial sector

  • Knowledge of MiFID requirements and related Central bank of Ireland guidance

  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with different levels of an organization that promotes high integrity and understanding for legal requirements

  • Ability to understand and transform compliance requirements into business context

Job Profile

The purpose of the role is to fully support from a Human Resources locally and of a part of Euronext Information Technology business.

Listing

Within Euronext, the Listing Department is in charge of the relationship with listed companies and those contemplating an IPO. Our mission is to promote financial markets and explain to business leaders the benefits of listing and how to better use financial markets once public. In addition, we are supporting a dynamic through creating and promoting new services and financing instruments, developing the investors’ axis, bringing together the ecosystem and lobbying towards European public authorities.

Role

The intern is part of the Listing Admissions team operating on different locations (Amsterdam, Dublin, Paris and Oslo) and in different markets The intern, under the responsibility of the Admission Managers, will be located in Paris.

The intern will handle the admission process of IPOs mainly in the market place where he/she is located but also in all Euronext markets (in collaboration with the rest of the team). The intern will have the mission of assessing companies applying for an initial admission of equity securities on a Euronext market through the review of the documentation drafted in this context as well as presenting a recommendation to the Euronext Listing Board, in charge of accepting/refusing admission projects on Euronext markets. Finally, the intern will be in charge of liaising and collaborating with local regulators and other intermediaries

Key accoutabilities

 The Listing Admission Officer main tasks will be to:

  • Take part in kick-off meetings with the management (C-level) of the prospects and their advisors applying for an initial admission on Euronext markets,

  • Assess companies applying for an initial admission of equity securities on a Euronext market based on the following criteria (non-exhaustive list): legal, compliance, business model, strategy, shareholder structure, management, purpose of the transaction, financial situation, etc.

  • Review of the documentation drafted in the context of the admission on Euronext markets (e.g. Information document, Prospectus, etc.),

  • Prepare a recommendation memorandum to the Listing Committee/Euronext Listing Board in charge of accepting/refusing admission projects on Euronext markets,

  • Inform, guide and assist companies that are considering an admission on Euronext markets;

  • Assess companies applying for an accreditation as Listing Sponsor;

  • Contribute to the improvement of the listing process across all Euronext locations, simplification and harmonization of the Euronext market rules. 

 

The intern will be managed by the Listing Execution Managers and will work in close collaboration with the rest of the Listing team (located in different places) and will share any relevant information with colleagues, both nationally and internationally.

Euronext Clearing is a multi-asset clearing house that offers clearing services for cash (equities, ETFs, structured products, warrants and bonds) and derivatives products on seven of Euronext’s markets, on Italian equity derivatives and fixed income markets, and on repos on Italian government bonds traded via Euronext’s fixed income electronic trading platform MTS. Vanuit onze locatie in Capelle aan den Ijssel bieden we professionele webcast en webinar oplossingen aan meer dan 700 bedrijven en overheden, via ons state-of-the-art video platform.

Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor de projecten in de publieke sector (inclusief gemeentes, provincies en andere (semi) overheidsorganisaties) en coördineert alle activiteiten rondom de voorbereiding, uitvoering en post-productie, zodat de webcast vlekkeloos verloopt en volgens de klantwensen wordt opgeleverd.

Dit houdt oa in (1) coördinatie en communicatie met de klant over data, tijden en duur van de events, (2) het tijdig beschikbaar maken van de Webcast Technicians en On-Call Operators (3) de post-productie werkzaamheden zoals ondertiteling en indexatie coördineren.

Position Overview:

The CRM Senior Associate will be part of the CRM and Data intelligence team. This team is responsible for overseeing the CRM activities and its administration as well as the data strategy and operations for Euronext Corporate Services.

Your primary mission is to ensure the effectiveness and optimization of our CRM system HubSpot to support our business operations. You will play a crucial role in defining and conducting the CRM strategy, maintaining data quality, implementing automation processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and enhancing the CRM system to meet the evolving needs of our teams.

These CRM operations and data initiatives cover a wide range of prospect/customer interactions and touchpoints, including website visits, marketing campaigns, sales activities and opportunities, service desk interactions, and customer success/account management activities. Your objective is to enable a comprehensive understanding of stakeholder engagement across the entire customer lifecycle.

Besides taking the ownership of the CRM and supervising the operations you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the business reports and dashboards with the CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Quality Management:

  • Implement strategies to improve data quality through technical solutions, regular audits and data cleansing to ensure data accuracy, consistency and completeness.

  • Maintain and leverage integrations for data enrichment (ie. website analytics, LinkedIn sales navigator).

Automation and Process Improvement:

  • Be responsible for maintaining automated processes within the CRM system, including lead assignment, data enrichment, and notification processes, to ensure their effectiveness.

  • Create and manage automation processes within the CRM system to streamline business operations.

  • Develop and update the HubSpot business reports and dashboards to provide an effective data visualization for CRM information.

Compliance with GDPR and Data Processing Regulations:

  • Ensure all data processing operations within the CRM system comply with GDPR regulations and company data standards.

  • Manage user consent for data processing and ensure proper documentation of consent.

  • Implement processes for the removal of data upon request and ensure data is handled securely and responsibly.

Stakeholder Support and Administration:

  • Act as a point of contact for CRM-related inquiries and troubleshooting.

  • Ensure proper access management, including user permissions and security protocols.

  • Develop documentation and training materials to facilitate onboarding and enhance CRM adoption across all teams through the improvement of user usability.

Required Qualifications and Skill:

  • Master degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM management, administration and automation preferably with HubSpot.

  • Strong understanding of CRM principles, data management, and automation.

  • Rigorous, eager for continuous learning, autonomy and problem-solving skills.

  • Full English mastery, French is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Samenvatting van de functie en beschrijving van het team

Als Service Desk Analist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van eerstelijns ondersteuning aan onze klanten via telefoon en e-mail. Je primaire taken bestaan uit het tijdig en professioneel oplossen van vragen en technische problemen met betrekking tot alle ECS-producten.

Naast het oplossen van verzoeken en problemen van klanten en collega's is de Servicedesk ook verantwoordelijk voor het monitoren van onze huidige (en toekomstige) AWS-platformen, het testen van nieuwe functies en releases, het bijwerken van documentatie en het onderhouden van een stabiele brug tussen de behoeften van onze klanten en ons productteam.

Deze functie vereist sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, een klantgerichte benadering en het vermogen om problemen efficiënt op te lossen.

De ECS Service Desk is een Support-omgeving op gevorderd niveau, met een unieke mogelijkheid om te leren en ervaring op te doen met verschillende soorten expertise, zoals videobewerking, webcasting, compliance, investor relations.
