Following Euronext’s acquisition of Borsa Italiana in April 2021, Borsa Italiana’s trading systems will migrate from the Millennium Exchange and SOLA systems to the Euronext Optiq® systems
The migration of Borsa Italiana markets to the new Euronext Optiq® trading platform, will be sequenced in three phases:
- Phase 1: Cash Equities, ETFs
- Phase 2: FI, ETLX, Warrant & Certificates
- Phase 3: Derivatives (incl. Energy markets)
Optiq® systems will be therefore connected to Euronext Clearing and Euronext Securities Milan.
In this section Euronext Clearing will provide detailed information on the upcoming changes, testing activities and perimeter, progressively for each migration phase, and further technical documentation - if needed.
