Change of the corporate name of PALMINVEST, S.A.

We hereby inform that, on 7^th February, 2025, the corporate name of "PALMINVEST, S.A." was changed to "PALMINVEST - SIC IMOBILIÁRIA FECHADA, S.A.". The shares representing the share capital shall remain registered under the code PLM AM (ISIN PTPLM0AM0005).
