We hereby inform that, on 10th June, 2022, 759.753.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT - 0,3% - 17 Out 2031", under the code OTEOOE (ISIN PTOTEOOE0033). These bonds are fungible with 7.424.000.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 8.183.753.000,00 EUR).
