We hereby inform that, on 14th July, 2022, 600.000,00 EUR of registered bonds of company VERTENTE PLANETÁRIA, Unipessoal, LDA were registered regarding the loan "VERTENTE PLANETARIA/2021 - Fixed Rate Notes due 2041", under the code VTTAOM (ISIN PTVTTAOM0009). These bonds are fungible with 15.200.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 15.800.000,00 EUR).
