We hereby inform that, on 12th August, 2022, 3.000.000,00 EUR of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company Mota-Engil - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "MOTA-ENGIL - 26. EM PC 2019 - PRG 30.000.000 EUR (HAITONG BANK)", under the code ME1LJM (ISIN PTME1LJM0073).
This issue will be cancelled on 11th November, 2022.
