We hereby inform that, on 31th August, 2022, 1.300.000,00 EUR of registered bonds of company RATIONAL CIPHER, S.A. were registered regarding the loan "RATIONAL CIPHER/2021 - Up To 18.200.000 Fixed Rate Notes - 2023", under the code RTNAOM (ISIN PTRTNAOM0001). These bonds are fungible with 11.500.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 12.800.000,00 EUR).
