We hereby inform that, on 9th September, 2022, 200.000,00 EUR of commercial paper of company Grupo Visabeira, S.A. shall be registered regarding the loan "COMMERCIAL PAPER PROGRAMME GRUPO VISABEIRA - GV CP 9M FEB 2023 - PRG 50 M.EUR (BANKINTER)", under the code G1VOJM (ISIN PTG1VOJM0124). These commercial paper is fungible with 900.000,00 EUR already issued (total amount in circulation: 1.100.000,00 EUR).
