Euronext Human Resources team closely supports the Euronext strategic plan, "Growth for Impact 2024" with the ambition to support the development of each Euronext employee by strengthening our diverse and multicultural teams and finding the right balance between strong performance focus, close client connectivity, positive climate impact and innovation.

The Global HR systems officer is responsible to support all local HR and stakeholders across businesses, to proactively deliver HR system projects and to identify opportunities for the improvement of Euronext HR systems.

As Global HR systems officer, some of the key accountabilities will be to:
- Support the global HR community on HR system (Workday)

  • Provide support to the global and local HR teams in their Day-to-day activities and solve issues.
  • Manage data control in the different HR systems: ensure data quality, design and analyze KPIs and reports and ensure regular control. Monitor data quality and its improvement Support users in data quality control and improvement.

Your profile

  • 3-5 years’ experience with HR system project and run management, system administration
  • Knowledge or experience of HRIS tools, Workday will be a plus

Borsa Italiana - Pricing Strategy Analyst Internship

The team is in charge of:
• structuring pricing initiatives guaranteeing coherence across ENX cash and derivatives markets and satisfaction of ENX business and return objectives, by considering clients’ needs and competitors;

Oslo
