List Warrants & Certificates
A straightforward procedure
Issuers can manage their instruments overnight via fully-automated communication channels. New listings, delistings, characteristics updates, and other actions can be carried out with ease.
Market of Listing vs. Country of Distribution
Listing of Structured Notes is possible on the Regulated Markets of Euronext Amsterdam, Euronext Brussels and Euronext Paris as well as the MTF EasyNext Lisbon, but only on the Order Driven Market model.
In order to use the Request For Execution market model, issuers need to admit their instruments to trading on Euronext's Structured Products pan-European MTF on Euronext Access Paris.
Instruments trading on Euronext's Structured Products pan-European MTF can be made available for distribution in more than one country, and in more than Euronext domestics countries.
Simplified Straight-Through Process
Our Straight-Through Process (STP) enables issuers to manage their instruments from issuance to maturity.
Issuers can choose from two communication methods to list and manage their instruments:
-
PLUG & Clear, a joint Euroclear-Euronext data entry and validation gateway
-
PLUG Web, Euronext's own web interface
Alternatively, registered issuers can contact our Corporate Actions department for listing operations.
Download our listing guidelines & PLUG Web Format Table to assist you with new Warrants & Certificates listings / updates.
