Borsa Italiana Spa, the company responsible for the organization and management of Italian financial markets, provides an internship opportunity in Monte Titoli, leading provider of efficient and secure financial market post-trade services, across pre-settlement, settlement, custody and asset services. The internship is within the Local and international settlement team.

Role Summary 

Investor relations & communication business unit is looking for a pro-active, energetic and strategic Revenue Operations Manager who will set up & optimize the entire internal infrastructure for generating business intelligence (marketing, new sales, reporting and finance, management support). He/she will address a wide range of responsibilities such as setting up accurate market and competition analytics for strategic decision making, evaluating and introducing new tools to facilitate revenue generation and streamlining processes across our different revenue generating businesses. The Revenue Operations Manager will also be involved in the deployment of mid/long term project related to business expansion and to the execution of Euronext Corporate Services strategic plan.

The Revenue Operations Manager will 

  • Provide business analytics to the CRO, preparing decision making regarding products, offering, pricing and business development (market intelligence, business and data analytics, reporting support)
  • Set up our tools (CRM; revenue management) in such a way that sales teams are fully supported 
  • Based on the updated CRM infrastructure develop a comprehensive set of standard reports which allows for a 360degree view on revenue generation 
  • Be responsible for accurate tracking of all revenue related KPIs by improving the data quality  
  • Improve our forecasting capabilities and support the CRO with ad hoc reporting 
  • Work with the sales team and the CRO on special initiatives such as playbooks, internal communication, but also transversal and cross selling projects

Job summary

As a Webcast Technician you deliver an event from a technology perspective in one of our studios or on site at one of our customers. As Webcast Technician you will play an essential role in Company Webcast as the person will have a direct impact on the success of customers’ webinars and webcasts.

Your key accountabilities

  • Carry out successful customer events in one of our studios, or on site (webinars/webcasts).
  • You will coordinate webcast production, which includes managing various aspects of the event such as scheduling, management of the projects when needed, technical setup, content integration.

ELITE  –  Business Data Analytics & Insights Manager

The resource – within the Strategy and Business Development division - will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization to extract actionable insights from complex datasets, supporting strategic initiatives, and enhancing business performance, both for internal scope (i.e. analysis, reporting, new members onboarding and information) and for business development insights (i.e. clients’ needs mapping, data strategy evolution, new technologies implementation, data-driven upselling/cross selling opportunities).

The Business Data Analytics & Insights Manager will work in coordination with the other ELITE’s business divisions including product, sales and marketing to continuously evolve the data strategy based on internal and external needs.

Responsibilities will involve data operations and manipulation tasks including cleaning and integration. The resource will utilize tools such as Excel and query languages to transform and enrich data through data mapping techniques. Missions will also include the scouting and adoption of solutions, provided within the Euronext Group or third-parties, to enhance the ability of ELITE to analyse and visualize data and insights (e.g. creation and design of dashboards, integration of AI-driven solutions, etc…).

Key Responsibilities

  • Data management: analysis, quality assurance, integration of data collected from the community to produce solid data sets usable for internal and external analysis, visualization and future machine learning operations. Valorization and integration of unstructured data, classification and extraction of relevant information from different data sources. Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing best practices in data management and governance.
  • Data Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive data analytics strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement. Provide actionable insights based on data, also through the use and implementation of new technologies or tools/CRM.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and insights effectively.
  • Support on Product & market development:
    • build specific, sector-oriented knowledge for the different products/solutions to be developed or tested with current and prospect clients Europe-wide
    • Help to identify market needs and opportunities through data analytics and provide actionable potential offer/product and sales activities (outbound)
    • Support the development of new products/solutions and maintenance of existing products/solutions in line with client requirements and data mapping
  • Contribution on revenue management: enhance data management and strategy to continuously improve and maintain revenues (including on a recurring basis) with existing and new clients.
  • Client success: support the team to ensure that the service/product is successfully delivered to the clients. Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

Candidate Profile/ Key Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages, including Excel Power Queries, R, and Python)  and data visualization tools like Power BI.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proven experience (at least 3y) in data management, analytics, insight development. Experience in a role to support  business development or sales is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge and continuous orientation to maintain a deep understanding of new technologies and data-related tools and strategies (i.e. artificial intelligence, data computing, machine learning).
  • General  knowledge of Euronext’s market model, rule book, service offer, the buy-side and sell-side landscape.
  • Solid client facing skills and ability to interact with all levels of the client’s organization.
  • Commercial acumen and strategic awareness to support the business development and sales teams.
  • Excellent  verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to leverage internal and external relationships, autonomy and determination to drive forward projects, provide clear business input into functional requirements.
  • Collaborative, open, pragmatic, customer oriented and numbers-driven approach to work.
  • Pan-European business experience as a plus.
