Brussels, 30 September 2010 – NYSE Euronext announces that the company Opportunity Investment Management plc. was admitted to trading today on NYSE Euronext Brussels via a direct listing without public offer. The prospectus related to this operation is available on www.oimplc.com.
The company was admitted by the direct listing of 17,075,795 existing shares. At the introduction price of €0.59, the market capitalization of OIM reaches €10.300.000. No new shares will be issued.
