LINK Mobility lists on Oslo Børs

Oslo, 21 October 2020 – The software company LINK Mobility has today been listed on Oslo Børs (ticker code: LINK).

LINK Mobility is one of Europe’s leading providers of mobile messaging and Communications Platform as a Service («CPaaS») solutions. “Becoming a stock exchange listed company marks a significant milestone on the way to our ambitious goal of becoming a global leader in the CPaaS industry”, commented Guillaume Van Gaver, Group CEO. 

This week LINK Mobility raised NOK six billion through a private placement, consisting of NOK 2.5 billion in new shares and NOK 3.5 billion through sale of existing shares.  This is the largest IPO placement on Oslo Børs so far this year.

“The offering attracted strong interest from investors and was more than 10 times covered”, reported LINK Mobility. 

Market capitalisation was NOK 12.6 billion on the day of listing.
