We hereby inform that, on 30th June, 2022, 200.000,00 EUR of bonds of company PRODIGY ORBIT, LDA were registered regarding the loan "PRODIGY ORBIT/2021 - FLOATING RATE SECURED VAT BONDS - 3. SER.-not fungible with PTPGYAOM0005", under the code PGYFOM (ISIN PTPGYFOM0000). These bonds are fungible with 2.500.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 2.700.000,00 EUR).
