We hereby inform that, on 5th August, 2022, 51.600.000,00 EUR of registered bonds of company HEFESTO STC, S.A. were registered regarding the loan "HEFESTO/2020 - CARPORT - ASSET - BACKED SECURITISATION Notes due 2040", under the code HEFSOM (ISIN PTHEFSOM0018). These bonds are fungible with 67.300.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 118.900.000,00 EUR).
