We hereby inform that, on 16th September, 2022, 470.000.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT 2,875% - 21 - Jul - 2026", under the code OTETOE (ISIN PTOTETOE0012). These bonds are fungible with 11.703.946.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 12.173.946.000,00 EUR).
