Euronext Amsterdam, oldest stock exchange in the world

About the department

Being part of Euronext Market Services, the Issuers Services Department is at the heart of the Euronext organisation. Derivative Corporate Actions and Index Operations is part of the Issuers Services Department and managing all Corporate Actions for both derivatives and indices, as well as ensuring the correct calculation of all indices. Euronext is one of the leading index providers in Europe. The company has over 600 indices of all sizes and profiles, that are designed, calculated, and published in house. This includes over 45 ESG indices and 8 major blue-chip indices in Europe, namely our national flagship indices: AEX®, BEL 20®, CAC 40®, CAC 40 ESG® ISEQ 20®, OBX® and PSI 20®, MIB ESG®. Derivative Corporate Actions and Index Operations is a preferred entry point for all talents to work in Euronext or more broadly in the financial markets industry. The team in Amsterdam is a team that consist of 13 enthusiastic professionals with a balanced mix of junior and senior people that all bring different expertise.

About the position

This role is a high profile and exciting opportunity for a motivated and proactive self-starter to be involved in a position that will further optimize the current operations and will allow the growing index business and be at the heart of innovation of the data business and in the European marketplace.

This includes the following responsibilities:

  • Studying the feasibility, identifying the right data sources (internal or external), data processing required and the output format / delivery channels  
  • Designing and developing the optimized data processing flow matching with the scalability needs 
  • Coordinating with Index Operations teams to follow the different tasks and progress on the different use cases
  • Writing the associated documentation for the different delivered projects
  • Searching, studying and analyzing information to spot Corporate Actions for Derivatives products and Indices or updates the already known Corporate Actions.
  • Reviewing indices and communicate the new composition to the market.

Role Summary 

Investor relations & communication business unit is looking for a pro-active, energetic and strategic Revenue Operations Manager who will set up & optimize the entire internal infrastructure for generating business intelligence (marketing, new sales, reporting and finance, management support). He/she will address a wide range of responsibilities such as setting up accurate market and competition analytics for strategic decision making, evaluating and introducing new tools to facilitate revenue generation and streamlining processes across our different revenue generating businesses. The Revenue Operations Manager will also be involved in the deployment of mid/long term project related to business expansion and to the execution of Euronext Corporate Services strategic plan.

The Revenue Operations Manager will 

  • Provide business analytics to the CRO, preparing decision making regarding products, offering, pricing and business development (market intelligence, business and data analytics, reporting support)
  • Set up our tools (CRM; revenue management) in such a way that sales teams are fully supported 
  • Based on the updated CRM infrastructure develop a comprehensive set of standard reports which allows for a 360degree view on revenue generation 
  • Be responsible for accurate tracking of all revenue related KPIs by improving the data quality  
  • Improve our forecasting capabilities and support the CRO with ad hoc reporting 
  • Work with the sales team and the CRO on special initiatives such as playbooks, internal communication, but also transversal and cross selling projects

Job summary

As a Webcast Technician you deliver an event from a technology perspective in one of our studios or on site at one of our customers. As Webcast Technician you will play an essential role in Company Webcast as the person will have a direct impact on the success of customers’ webinars and webcasts.

Your key accountabilities

  • Carry out successful customer events in one of our studios, or on site (webinars/webcasts).
  • You will coordinate webcast production, which includes managing various aspects of the event such as scheduling, management of the projects when needed, technical setup, content integration.

Key accountabilities

Samenvatting van de functie en beschrijving van het team

Als Service Desk Analist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van eerstelijns ondersteuning aan onze klanten via telefoon en e-mail. Je primaire taken bestaan uit het tijdig en professioneel oplossen van vragen en technische problemen met betrekking tot alle ECS-producten.

Naast het oplossen van verzoeken en problemen van klanten en collega's is de Servicedesk ook verantwoordelijk voor het monitoren van onze huidige (en toekomstige) AWS-platformen, het testen van nieuwe functies en releases, het bijwerken van documentatie en het onderhouden van een stabiele brug tussen de behoeften van onze klanten en ons productteam.

Deze functie vereist sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, een klantgerichte benadering en het vermogen om problemen efficiënt op te lossen.

De ECS Service Desk is een Support-omgeving op gevorderd niveau, met een unieke mogelijkheid om te leren en ervaring op te doen met verschillende soorten expertise, zoals videobewerking, webcasting, compliance, investor relations.

  • Beantwoorden van inkomende supportverzoeken via telefoon en e-mail in overeenstemming met onze SLA's

Job description:

The Head of Operations will oversee the day-to-day operations in Nord Pool, ensuring efficient, reliable, and secure trading activities, onboarding and incident handling. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, managing risk, and implementing strategic initiatives to support the growth and sustainability of Nord Pool. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in energy markets, operations management, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of Nord Pool, ensuring seamless and efficient trading activities.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Work closely with other Power Exchanges and Transmission System Operators in Europe to further develop and operate under the European processes agreed in close cooperation with other internal departments
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to implement and maintain robust trading systems and technologies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with market participants, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve operational performance.

Qualifications:
