Lead the Group’s financial planning, budgeting and forecasting process, including leading the Group’s stress testing processes from a Finance perspective. As a Client Experience Associate, you will guide clients through the admission and membership process and ensure client data remains up-to-date as services evolve, thus directly contributing to client satisfaction throughout the lifetime of the relationship. Euronext Corporate Services bedient al meer dan 4.500 klanten, waaronder meer dan 1.000 beursgenoteerde bedrijven, private bedrijven, adviseurs en publieke organisaties. Klanten zijn gevestigd op alle Euronext-markten (Nederland, België, Frankrijk, Italië, Ierland, Noorwegen, Portugal) maar ook daarbuiten (bijv. VK, Duitsland, Zweden, Denemarken, Finland, Spanje).

Het team bestaat uit meer dan 170 professionals verspreid over Europa. Zij helpen beursgenoteerde bedrijven om optimaal gebruik te maken van de kapitaalmarkten en ondersteunen zowel private als publieke organisaties om efficiënter te opereren.

Deze unieke en uitgebreide waardepropositie is opgebouwd rond drie belangrijke pijlers:

  • Governance diensten: Aan publieke en private organisaties bieden wij iBabs, onze board portal oplossing om bestuursvergaderingen veiliger, georganiseerder en efficiënter te laten verlopen (tijd besparen bij het voorbereiden van agenda's en agendabundels, eenvoudig samenwerken met aantekeningen, stemmen, notulen, enz.). Onze geavanceerde videotechnologie stelt organisaties in staat om eenvoudig publieke vergaderingen uit te zenden. Van webinars, townhalls tot studio-evenementen, wij bieden de juiste oplossing.
  • Investor relations en communicatiediensten: Wij helpen onze klanten om hun zichtbaarheid, betrokkenheid en internationale dekking te vergroten bij aandeelhouders, investeerders en alle belanghebbenden met toonaangevende digitale communicatie- en streamingoplossingen. We bieden ook flexibele en op maat gemaakte marktgegevenscomponenten voor Investor Relations-websites van beursgenoteerde bedrijven. Onze IR.Manager tool biedt een compleet en intuïtief IR-beheer- en targetingsplatform voor corporate IR-teams om de workflow en betrokkenheid te professionaliseren. Ons adviesteam biedt uitgebreide advisering, ESG-advies, marktinformatie en besluitvormingsanalyses voor beursgenoteerde bedrijven die actiever willen zijn op de kapitaalmarkten.
  • Compliance diensten: Onze ComplyLog-producten helpen bedrijven hun EU-regelgevingstaken te vereenvoudigen, workflows te versnellen en compliance te waarborgen door het beheer van insiderinformatie en insiderlijsten te automatiseren, zodat zowel emittenten als hun professionele adviseurs voldoen aan de Europese Verordening marktmisbruik (MAR).

Euronext Corporate Services is een volledig geïntegreerde divisie van Euronext, inclusief alle middelen om haar bedrijfsactiviteiten voort te zetten: Revenue, Growth Marketing, Product, Technology & Operations, Client Services en Transformation. Het maakt ook gebruik van Euronext ondersteunende functies om haar groei te begeleiden.

Samenvatting van de rollen

Als Consultant Publieke Sector heb je een breed scala aan taken en verantwoordelijkheden om ons uitgebreide netwerk van klanten in de publieke sector in Nederland te ondersteunen en uit te reiden.

Je adviseert (aankomende) klanten en opdrachtgevers hoe ze hun werkprocessen kunnen optimaliseren met behulp onze software. Zo maak je het werk van griffiemedewerkers efficiënter, geef je raadsleden advies over het voorbereiden op vergaderingen en draag je met de inrichting van het platform bij aan het transparant maken van politieke besluitvorming voor inwoners.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

  • Presentaties en demonstraties geven aan prospects en klanten
  • Adviseren over bestuurlijke besluitvorming en het optimaliseren van werkprocessen
  • Implementeren en inrichten van onze oplossingen op basis van wensen en eisen van de klant
  • Beantwoorden van product gerelateerde vragen uit aanbestedingen
  • Het geven van trainingen voor beheerders en eindgebruikers
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van Service Desk, Sales en Product en deelt feedback van klanten

Vereiste ervaring/vaardigheden:

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met werkprocessen in de publieke sector en politieke besluitvorming
  • Uitstekende communicatie-, presentatie- en beïnvloedingsvaardigheden
  • Je hebt affiniteit met ICT en vindt de lokale politiek interessant
  • Goede organisatorische vaardigheden met het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen en flexibel te zijn in een veranderende, snelle en stressvolle omgeving.
  • Schrijf- en redactievaardigheden (om te helpen bij het schrijven en bijwerken van handleidingen, en aanbestedingen)
  • Sterke interesse in technologie, en software / SaaS in het bijzonder
  • Het vermogen om goed alleen of in een team te werken
  • Flexibel, proactief, resultaat- en servicegericht
  • Mogelijkheid om te reizen om klanten te bezoeken
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels

Wij bieden een Board Portal, Meeting Management en Governance-oplossingen aan meer dan 2.500 klanten, waaronder beursgenoteerde, private en publieke organisaties.
