How to list Bonds on Euronext Growth & Euronext Access

Learn all about the required documentation to be submitted to Euronext for admission to trading of Debt Securities on Euronext Growth & Euronext Access markets of Euronext Brussels, Lisbon and Paris.

Please keep in mind that the process is subject to change, as it is often revised and improved.

Step 1: Submit your admission request to Euronext

Documentation to be submitted to Euronext Listing Operations team (see contacts below) for a first admission on any relevant Euronext market are detailed in the “Notice Documentation - Documentation to be provided in view of an admission of debt securities on a Euronext market”.

Listing of standalone bonds

Submit electronically the following documentation to Euronext Listing Operations team (see contacts below):

  • Completed Application Form (signed PDF format)
  • Completed Technical Term Sheet (Excel and signed PDF format)
  • Presentation Document, i.e. a prospectus as required by the Prospectus Regulation, an Information Document as required by Euronext Rules or a similar document as required by National Regulations (if applicable) (PDF format)
  • Minutes of the competent body containing resolutions approving or authorising the issuance (signed PDF format)
  • In the case of public offer, a declaration of the Listing Sponsor relating to Admission in the form prescribed by Euronext

Listing of bonds under a new programme

Submit electronically the following documentation to Euronext Listing Operations team (see contacts below):

  • Completed Application Form (signed PDF format)
  • Completed Technical Term Sheet (Excel and signed PDF format)
  • Presentation Document, i.e. a base prospectus as required by the Prospectus Regulation, an Information Document as required by Euronext Rules or a similar document as required by National Regulations (if applicable) (PDF format)
  • Final Terms, if not included into the prospectus or substitute document (PDF format)
  • Minutes of the competent body containing resolutions approving or authorising the issuance (signed PDF format)
  • In the case of public offer, a declaration of the Listing Sponsor relating to Admission in the form prescribed by Euronext

Listing of bonds under an existing programme

 Submit electronically the following documentation to Euronext Listing Operations team (see contacts below):

  • Completed Technical Term Sheet (Excel and signed PDF format)
  • Final Terms (PDF format)
  • In the case of public offer, a declaration of the Listing Sponsor relating to Admission in the form prescribed by Euronext

 Increase of the number of bonds (immediately assimilated to listed bonds)

Submit electronically the following documentation to Euronext Listing Operations team (see contacts below):

  • Completed Technical Term Sheet (Excel and signed PDF format)
  • Final Terms (PDF format)

Step 4: Keep in mind the cut-off time & date

Submission of your admission request

 Cut-off time and date

First-time issuer on a Euronext market

At least 7 (seven) business days before the target listing date

Previously admitted issuer on a Euronext market

By at least 11:00 CET on the business day prior to target listing date

Do we need to publish a Presentation Document to list on Euronext Growth market of Euronext Brussels, Lisbon and Paris?

Yes, you must produce a Presentation Document and make it available to the public.

What is the Presentation Document to list on  Euronext Growth market of Euronext Brussels, Lisbon and Paris?

The Presentation Document is a Prospectus as required by the Prospectus Regulation, an Information Document as required by Euronext Rules or a similar document as required by National Regulations.

Do we need to appoint a listing sponsor to list on Euronext Growth market of Euronext Brussels, Lisbon and Paris?

Yes, you need to appoint a listing sponsor when listing your bonds unless issuers:

  1. conduct a Private Placement of Debt Securities and apply for a first admission to trading of the Debt Securities subject to such Private Placement on a Euronext Growth Market; or
  2. qualify as a Member State or a Member State's regional or local authorities, a public international bodies of which one or more Member States are members, the European Central Bank or the central banks of the Member States and apply for a first admission to trading of Debt Securities; or
  3. apply to admit Debt Securities that are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by a Member State or by one of a Member State's regional or local authorities

Do we need to publish a Presentation Document to list on Euronext Access market of Euronext Brussels, Lisbon and Paris?

No, you do not have to publish a Presentation Document, if the application relates to debt securities issued via a Private Placement. For all other scenarios, a Presentation Document may be required.
