New Register and AGM Meeting Platform

As part of the Convergence Project, Euronext Securities is enhancing its Issuer Services applications with a new, modernized platform for General Meetings and Shareholder Registers across its CSDs.

We are replacing outdated systems with user-friendly, scalable, and adaptable applications, designed to meet the evolving needs of different markets. This transformation begins in Denmark, Norway, and Italy, with Portugal next in line, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for issuers and investors alike.

Corporate Event Services

Harmonizing Corporate Events Across CSDs

Euronext Securities is committed to streamlining Corporate Events processing as part of the Convergence Project. We developed a Corporate Events Service Description Document which outlines our vision for a harmonized, secure, and standardized approach across all asset classes by the end of 2025.

Aligned with the ECB’s AMI-SeCo standards, this initiative ensures consistency across our CSDs while simplifying processes for clients. The Description Document incorporates feedback gathered from our clients, reinforcing our commitment to transparency and industry collaboration.
