Key accountabilities

  • Operate Exchange desk core tasks, such as order management, trade registration and assistance with trade cancellation.
  • Be in regular contact with market participants contributing to the liquidity of the Power derivative market and ensure awareness of the activity on the order book.

Within the Group HRIS & HR Services department , the HRIS Workday & projects intern will provide support to Euronext local HR Directors, HR business partner and payroll teams, in all countries and stakeholders across businesses.

HRIS management

  • Manage data quality and control, especially between the main HRIS system Workday and other surround products by designing and implementing relevant KPIs and quality check. Look for automatization etc.
  • Testing Workday evolutions or new functionalities

Projects and process improvements

  • Participate actively in our HRIS projects such as evolutions of the tools by engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the tool’s evolution aligns with the HR community’s needs
  • Collaborate on Change management plan by working closely with the Group HR project manager to develop comprehensive change management strategies (including communication plans, trainings and support to HR team)
  • Foster continuous improvement by gathering feedback from the HR community to identify areas for improvement and by developing our HR Super Users community
  • Animate and engage with the HR community through the delivery of our recurring HR Newsletters and HR awareness sessions
  • Contribute to the integration of new entities in our HR processes and tools

Profile and skills

Education and knowledge

  • Business School or University degree in HR, Economics or statistics.

Skills

Operational Client Support Italy - Internship    

Department description: Client Services & Membership (CSM) provides a range of customer and operational services across Euronext Group.  The core services provided by the department are: Technical Account Management, Technical onboarding, Software Certification and Client Support.

Team description: The Client Support (OCS team)  is responsible for managing technical incidents and requests across a range of Markets and Services, spanning multiple venues across the Group and its partners.

The team provides support for Trading, Market data and Post trade services across Equities, Derivatives and Fixed Income Markets. The team works on a shift basis. The Team participates actively to projects and it is involved in clients readiness.

Key responsibilities

This role covers the following responsibilities:

• To manage  Technical Incidents and Requests for external and internal customers in Test Environment, including application and network troubleshooting managing events through to conclusion maintaining customer communication.

• Use correct processes/procedures, tools, RACIs, SLAs and escalation model, perform proactive customer alert management, where possible, and event logging in ITSM tool to help ensure appropriate levels of service quality are consistently and predictably delivered.

Commcise has recently developed a custodial aggregation service which requires new skills and competencies to manage, notably the growth of the payment activity related to the custody of client funds (cash management, payment of client vendor’s invoices).

Key Accountabilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with Commcise’s business objectives, focusing on enhancing efficiency and scalability. Lead Business Operations team being primary and key contact for internal and external stakeholders.
