Oslo, 9 October 2020 – The eHealth company CSAM Health has today been admitted to trading on Merkur Market (ticker code: CSAM-ME).
CSAM Health recently raised NOK 825 million through a private placement, consisting of NOK 325 million in new shares and NOK 500 million from existing shareholders. The placement attracted strong interest from Nordic and international investors and was significantly oversubscribed, reported CSAM.

CSAM has also closed a NOK 300 million bond issue, that the company aims to list on Nordic ABM.
