We hereby inform that, on 16th June, 2022, 7.100.000,00 EUR of commercial paper of company CUF, S.A. shall be registered regarding the loan "COMMERCIAL PAPER PROGRAMME CUF - CUF CP 9M SEPT 2021 (BANKINTER)", under the code J27UJM (ISIN PTJ27UJM0060). These commercial paper is fungible with 14.100.000,00 EUR already issued (total amount in circulation: 21.200.000,00 EUR).
