We hereby inform that, on 27th June, 2022, 12.200.000,00 EUR of bonds of company ARES LUSITANI - STC, S.A. were registered regarding the loan "ARES LUSITANI/2022 - PROJECT ORION -up to EUR 58.400.000 SENIOR SECURED NOTES DUE 2040", under the code LSN1OM (ISIN PTLSN1OM0000). These bonds are fungible with 8.500.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 20.700.000,00 EUR).
