We hereby inform that, on 8th July, 2022, 531.000.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT - 2,125% 17 Outubro 2028", under the code OTEVOE (ISIN PTOTEVOE0018). These bonds are fungible with 15.191.387.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 15.722.387.000,00 EUR).
