We hereby inform that, on 8th July, 2022, 232.000.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT - 0,9% - 12 Out 2035", under the code OTENOE (ISIN PTOTENOE0034). These bonds are fungible with 5.449.000.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 5.681.000.000,00 EUR).
