We hereby inform that, on 21th July, 2022, 8.800.000,00 EUR of commercial paper of company MOTA-ENGIL - S.G.P.S., S.A. shall be registered regarding the loan "COMMERCIAL PAPER PROGRAMME MOTA-ENGIL - ME CP 6M OUT 2022 (BANKINTER)", under the code ME13JM (ISIN PTME13JM0061). These commercial paper is fungible with 3.100.000,00 EUR already issued (total amount in circulation: 11.900.000,00 EUR).
