We hereby inform that, on 20th July, 2022 and by indication of the Issuer, one has cancelled the 6.737.530,00 EUR of bonds, regarding the issue "FARMINVEST/2019 - 2022 Obrigações convertíveis em ações da Categoria B", registered in the Securities Central under code FNVBOM (ISIN PTFNVBOM0000). Total amount in circulation: 3.262.470,00 EUR.
