We hereby inform that, on 5th August, 2022, 9.800.000,00 EUR of registered bonds of company HEFESTO STC, S.A. were registered regarding the loan "HEFESTO/2021 - TEN - UP TO 750.000.000 EUR ASSET BACKED SEC. NOTES DUE 2031", under the code HFSFOM (ISIN PTHFSFOM0009). These bonds are fungible with 108.800.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 118.600.000,00 EUR).
