We hereby inform that, on 9th September, 2022, 13.400.000,00 EUR of commercial paper of company Grupo Visabeira, S.A. shall be registered regarding the loan "COMMERCIAL PAPER PROGRAMME GRUPO VISABEIRA - GV CP 4M OCT 2022 - PRG 50 M.EUR (BANKINTER)", under the code G1VIJM (ISIN PTG1VIJM0122). These commercial paper is fungible with 8.900.000,00 EUR already issued (total amount in circulation: 22.300.000,00 EUR).
