We hereby inform that, on 16th September, 2022, 16.400.000,00 EUR of registered bonds of company START - Sines TRANSATLANTIC RENEWABLE & TECHNOLOGY CAMPUS, LDA were registered regarding the loan "START - Sines TRANSAT.RENEW.TECHN.CAMPUS/2021 - Up To 50 M. EUR Notes due 2026", under the code STWAOM (ISIN PTSTWAOM0009). These bonds are fungible with 29.200.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 45.600.000,00 EUR).
