We are looking for a Manager, Business Development & Sales - Netherlands. This new position will report directly to the Head of ELITE Europe, ad interim covered by the CEO of ELITE.
Amongst other projects, the Manager, Business Development & Sales - Netherlands be accountable for the below activities:
Strategic commercial development for Netherlands: develop and execute an effective commercial plan to generate new business and deepen strategic relationships to increase ELITE’s footprint and rollout of new services, in coordination with Product / Marketing teams
Revenue management: develop and maintain revenues (including on a recurring basis) with existing and new clients by leveraging on the value proposition of product /service on Dutch scope
Relationship management: make tactical and strategic contacts at the management level through client networks and other channels
Support to build the new Sales & Relationship Management approach in Europe to ensure and drive the execution of a structured Relationship Management model, in order to ensure continuous engagement with paying members (both companies and partners)
Product & market development: build specific, sector-oriented knowledge for the various products. Identify market developments and translate them into sales activities (outbound)
Work closely with Product Teams (Membership and Capital Services) in order to coordinate product proposition and facilitate go-to market/distribution
Develop the strategic partnerships in Netherlands (including banks, corporates, Government, institutional bodies, opinion makers) to pave the way for ELITE to become one of the most relevant players in private companies support in Europe
Coordinate cross-selling activities and increase the Average Revenue Per User (ARPU)
Your profile
5 to 8 years of experience with a track record in Sales and Business Development
Corporate Finance background
Agile and proactive style, able to balance the competing demands of the role
Strong commercial and relational skills supported by analytical and structured working style
Team player with a proactive approach, pragmatic, customer oriented and numbers-driven
Strong and proactive communicator and leader
Rigorous project management skills: ability to leverage internal and external relationships, autonomy and determination to drive forward projects, provide clear business input into functional requirements.
Pan-European business experience – developing products in multiple geographic locations is a plus.

• Ensure the delivery of settlement, custody, asset and fiscal services and support the management and control of the physical securities registered in Centralized Securities System and their safeguarding according to best international practices
• Support the development and implementation of more automated and digitized services at the Central Securities Depository.
