Overseeing incident management process and team members involved in resolving incidents
Manage every aspect of the incident starting with its assessment and leading up with its resolution
Lead recurring meetings to keep relevant parties updated on the status of the incidents
Respond to a reported incident, identify the cause and initiate the incident management process acorrdingly with the group best practice and SLA
Communicate with top management if major issues are identified
Develop and maintain incident processes and procedures related documentation

Previous experience in incident management and service management
