Key Accountabilities for this position:

The sought-after candidate will be placed in the Register&AGM team, which operates within the Asset Services area of ESM as a Service Center for issuers, managing the update of the Shareholders’ Register, the assembly operations, and those related to various Corporate Actions, as well as domestic and international custody activities.

Functieomschrijving

Wij zijn op zoek naar een Account Executive, die bereid is tussen Capelle aan den IJssel en Amsterdam te reizen, met een sterk netwerk binnen de Investor Relations. Je adviseert onze klanten bij het behalen van hun communicatiedoelen door van onze diensten gebruik te maken. Company Webcast heeft haar activiteiten op drie taken gericht, namelijk Stakeholder Communicatie (Investor Relations), Interne Communicatie en Marketing Communicatie.

Jouw taken

  • Inkomstenbeheer

Verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van inkomsten (waarvan bij enige regelmaat) door bij bestaande en nieuwe klanten in te spelen op de waarde van elk SaaS-product.

  • Relatiebeheer

The mission of the M&A team at Euronext is to:

  • Drive the execution of external growth transactions in alignment with the company's strategic objectives across key sectors and business stages.

  • Support the company’s transformation and strategic initiatives.

Within this team, the M&A Director reports to the Head of M&A. The role is instrumental in executing M&A, partnerships, and other external growth initiatives, as well as supporting various investment and corporate finance projects. Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

Responsabilités principales

Key accountabilities

With the next company strategic plan to be announced in Q4 2024, it is a pivotal moment to join Euronext and the Secondary Markets Marketing team. The Marketing Intern’s role will be essential to bolster the implementation and promotion of new key strategic business initiatives while ensuring the growth of existing activity.

It will have the main objectives listed below:

  • Work in collaboration with the team’s marketing managers across Europe & UK, and with key internal stakeholders including the business, sales, communications (press, brand, web…) and events team, to ensure alignment with business objectives while ensuring company-wide consistency.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies & plans within agreed timescales and budget.

  • Manage marketing budget expenses.

The Commodities team of Euronext is looking to expand his team to fuel the growth of the franchise. Euronext is entering a new strategic cycle with high ambitions for its commodities franchise, which has been historically focused on agricultural products. Euronext plans to leverage the strength of its integrated clearing house, Euronext Clearing, in order to develop new products and enter into new commodity markets.

The Commodities Manager of New Products will contribute to the expansion of the product range of the commodities franchise, by launching and nurturing products that cater to new commodity markets. He/She will help craft a compelling value proposition and define the best go-to-market strategy to market new futures contracts.

Ahead of a new product launch, he/she will execute on this strategy, create trust-based relationships with prospects and clients and animate the community of intermediaries and stakeholders that are critical to the success of a new product launch.

After launch, he/she will nurture these relationships so that Euronext contracts become a standard in these industries. The Commodities Manager of New Products will organize ad-hoc sessions, leverage corporate events and reach-out to clients to educate the industry on the benefits of futures markets, and to promote the use of futures prices as a reference in real contracts. He/she will connect prospects to the right intermediaries and identify changes or new features that could cement client adoption.​

Knowledge, skills and experience required

  • Graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.

Flavia joined the Porto Technology Centre in 2016 as a Product Support Analyst before contributing to the development of our Optiq trading platform. She now designs new functionalities that address our clients’ needs while anticipating quality assurance (QA) impacts.
