Som en del af Facilities-teamet bliver du hurtigt en vigtig del af virksomheden, og du kommer til at gøre en forskel for mange kollegaer. Du vil arbejde med forskellige administrative opgaver, og ser du mulighed for optimering, er det meget velkomment.   

I det hele taget er initiativ og en proaktiv indstilling til opgaveløsning en vej til stigende ansvar og flere opgaver. Dine opgaver vil blandt andet være:

  • Besvarelse af telefonen og håndtering af e-mails
  • Servicering af gæster og medarbejder
  • Serviceopgaver for huset som fx bestilling af mødeforplejning
  • Lageroptælling og bestilling af varer
  • Post- og pakkemodtagelse samt forsendelse
  • Adgangssikkerhed
  • Opgaver i forbindelse med space planning og rokering
  • Og ikke planlagte ad-hoc opgaver

Som person trives du i dialogen med andre, og det falder dig naturligt at træde til og hjælpe, hvor behovet opstår. Du er kendt for at levere en god kundeservice – både på dansk og engelsk, samtidig med at du har øje for et roligt arbejdsmiljø. Du er en, som andre godt kan lide at arbejde sammen med. Du er initiativrig, venlig og grundig og anser administrative opgaver som vigtige for at understøtte forretningen i at komme i mål.

Hvad får du?

Vi tilbyder en god arbejdsplads i et uformelt miljø, hvor der er travlt og stort fokus på professionalisme. Vi forestiller os, at din arbejdsuge vil være på ca. 10-15 timer, fordelt på to til tre vagter mellem 7:50 og 17:05. Du koordinerer dine vagter i samarbejde med vores øvrige studenter. I eksamensperioder er vi naturligvis fleksible, men vi ser helst, at du arbejder minimum én gang om ugen. I ferieperioder og ved sygdom har du mulighed for at arbejde lidt ekstra.

Som studentermedarbejder hos Euronext Securities Copenhagen vil du arbejde på vores moderne kontor på Christianshavn, og få en attraktiv lønpakke og frokostordning.

Join Euronext as a Settlement Analyst Trainee

Start your career in post-trade operations and support the functioning of critical market infrastructure.

We are looking for a Settlement Analyst Trainee to join Euronext Securities Porto, supporting the Business Operations team in daily operational activities linked to settlement systems, securities accounts, and post-trade processes.

Based in Porto, this role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to core CSD activities, support strategic initiatives such as TARGET2-Securities (T2S) Releases, Euronext CSDs Convergence, and European Expansion, while developing knowledge in capital markets operations within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Operations Support

  • Support daily business operations tasks, including monitoring Settlement Systems
  • Monitor and perform activities related to CSDR Settlement Discipline, including Settlement Fails and Penalties
  • Perform tests on Euronext Securities Porto systems when required
  • Update operational documentation and procedures when required

Static Data & Operational Support

  • Perform static data setup, specifically related to securities and cash accounts

  • Support Euronext Securities Porto participants in day-to-day operational matters
  • Provide support to other business operational areas whenever needed

Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Support the development and implementation of ongoing initiatives and projects, including:
    • TARGET2-Securities (T2S) Releases
    • Euronext CSDs Convergence
    • European Expansion initiatives

Profile & Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of capital markets and applicable legislation
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory
  • Familiarity with standard office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accuracy
  • Good organisational skills and task orientation
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • University degree in Management, Economics, or equivalent (preferred)

Euronext Securities Risk Management Team is part of the Euronext Group Risk department, a team of more than 40 talented professionals in Risk and Business Continuity Management spread across our various geographies. Identifying and assessing risks, implementing mitigation actions, informing and raising staff and business awareness, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with the appropriate regulations are the core activities embedded in our team.

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for developing the company overarching risk framework, including guidelines, instructions, procedures and routines, providing a clear and consistent basis for risk management across operational units.
  • Ensure that risk management is carried out in line with legislation, regulations and more detailed internal requirements from the board, risk committee and management.
  • Ensure the measurement, control and reporting of risk to management, the board and the risk committee.
  • Support management in Business and Support Functions by identifying, analysing, and advising on mitigation and risks.
  • Analyse and interpret complex data to provide regular reports and recommendations to stakeholders, identifying risks and taking appropriate action or escalating as appropriate.
  • Act as a trusted adviser and partner for decision-makers on risk-related matters and participate in risk assessments.
  • Contribute to enhancing risk awareness and competence throughout the organisation and foster a strong risk culture within VPS.

Your profile

  • Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or other relevant field.
  • Knowledge of the company’s markets, operations, and/or IT an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of risk management principles.
  • Excellent analytic skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to discuss risk in an approachable manner.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels including senior executives, both orally and in writing.
  • Fluent in English.

Job Description

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join the Data & Automation team. The position will be based in Milan. You will report to the Head of Data & Automation.

You will be mainly responsible for supporting day-to-day data analysis and data management activities. Utilising analytics and technical skills to assist in building and maintaining data solutions to address business problems. Helping ensure the quality of data communicated to clients and engage in initiatives to implement relevant analysis contents.

Key accountabilities

  • Assist in data engineering initiatives, including designing and deploying Big Data products.

  • Help design, build, and enhance data platforms and applications to support business needs.

  • Support the development and maintenance of real-time software and services for trading platforms.

  • Contribute ideas on tools and frameworks to help define target solutions.

  • Provide support in task estimation and tool development.

  • Assist in producing documentation and training teams to use delivered software.

  • Assist in building systems and processes to transform raw data into business insights.

  • Produce accurate reports for relevant business units.

  • Identify areas for automation in data mining processes.

  • Assist in regulatory reporting.


Your profile

  • Basic knowledge of database handling and implementation.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies.

  • Understanding of ETL tools.

  • Basic knowledge of AWS GLUE and other AWS-based ETL technologies.

  • Familiarity with AWS Lambdas, Java, and Python languages.

  • Ability to plan and execute basic data management and analytics tasks.

  • Ability to identify, collect, and analyze data for software development.

  • Understanding of data visualization tools like PowerBI and Tableau.

  • Ability to transform raw data into business insights.
