Euronext is continuously evolving to better support issuers across their entire journey in the capital markets — from listing and investor relations to market access, data and advisory support. As part of this ambition, Euronext has taken a first step towards building a unified digital issuer experience with the launch of a new issuer‑facing portal for Euronext Corporate Solutions (ECS) clients: the Investor Relations (IR) Portal.

Addressing increasing complexity in investor relations

Investor relations teams operate in an increasingly demanding environment, requiring them to manage market data, monitor shareholder activity, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain continuous engagement with investors. These responsibilities are often supported by fragmented systems, resulting in operational inefficiencies and delayed access to critical information.

The IR Portal addresses these challenges by providing a unified point of access to Euronext Corporate Solutions’ ecosystem. It enables seamless navigation across tools and services without requiring changes to existing subscriptions or workflows.

A first step towards a single-entry point for issuer services

The initial version of the portal focuses on the Investor Relations landscape, offering a secure digital workspace where issuers can access essential information, insights and services in one place. By bringing together tools, market data, reporting and expert knowledge, the portal helps IR teams operate more efficiently and make informed, data‑driven decisions.

The portal is currently targeted at approximately 250–300 issuers across Europe and their Investor Relations teams who use products and advisory services from Euronext Corporate Solutions. It provides a centralised access layer to key issuer facing services, including:

  • A secure, centralised inbox for reports
  • A first dashboard with value‑adding widgets, such as share price information and issuer‑relevant insights
  • A Knowledge Hub offering expert content, webinars and learning resources

This initiative reflects Euronext’s role as a long‑term partner to issuers, supporting them not only at key transaction moments, but throughout their life as listed companies.

Integrated capabilities for enhanced performance

The IR Portal is structured around a set of integrated functionalities designed to streamline daily operations. A Single Sign-On system provides secure access to all subscribed solutions through a single set of credentials. A dedicated Report Inbox centralises key deliverables, including Shareholder Analysis and Post Listing Advisory reports, with real-time notifications to ensure timely access.

The platform also features a live Share Price Widget, connected directly to Euronext market data, allowing IR teams to monitor market movements within the same workspace. Monthly Investor Updates offer actionable insights into shareholder activity, supporting more informed engagement strategies.

In addition, the portal includes an Expert Content hub providing access to curated resources, webinars, and role-based learning materials. An integrated AI Support Agent further enhances usability by offering immediate assistance and facilitating navigation across the platform.

Strong initial adoption

Since its initial deployment, the IR Portal has been adopted by more than 100 companies, with over 250 expected by the end of the first half of 2026. The platform currently supports over 250 active users and has enabled the secure distribution of numerous reports and analyses.

Built within a GDPR-compliant, enterprise-grade infrastructure, the IR Portal ensures high standards of data security and regulatory alignment. Its modular architecture allows for the integration of additional solutions as client needs evolve, without disruption to existing operations.

A long‑term vision aligned with Euronext’s strategy

This initiative is part of Euronext’s wider transformation under its Innovate for Growth 2027 strategic plan, which aims to strengthen Euronext’s presence across the entire capital markets value chain and accelerate growth in non‑volume‑related businesses.

Over time, Euronext’s ambition is to expand this unified issuer experience to progressively connect services across primary markets, market data, secondary markets and post‑trade activities. The long‑term objective is to provide issuers with a single, trusted entry point to Euronext’s ecosystem while maintaining the robustness, security and regulatory standards expected of a leading market infrastructure.

The current launch establishes an important foundation for this journey, which will continue to evolve in close dialogue with issuers and market stakeholders, as Euronext continues to build the backbone of the capital markets union.
