Following a recent expansion of its presence in London, Euronext is seeking to hire an ambitious and detail oriented Commercial Analyst to join the London CEO Office to (i) assist the coordination of the sales function across the group and (ii) support the wider strategy and profile of Euronext in the UK. Key Accountabilities
- Support the CEO of London and the Head of Sales Management and on a day to day basis with a broad remit of tasks to drive key initiatives related to the CEO London office and sales function.
- Group Sales function:
- Preparation of briefing notes for top clients, covering all revenue lines and asset classes, including strategic objectives, revenue analysis, trends, relationship mapping and opportunities.
- Provide support to the governance of the sales function across the group, including preparation and minuting of sales committees.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams across business lines in Europe to gather data, KPIs, insights and feedback to inform cross sales and information sharing.
- Assist in the oversight of the CRM tool with focus on tracking use and functional improvements.
- London CEO Office:
- Conduct research and provide analysis on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities from a UK perspective.
- Coordinate and help track priorities and actions from CEO meetings.
- Assist in preparing the London CEO for panels, meetings, conferences and other events.
- Stay-up-to-date on relevant UK regulatory changes and trends that may affect the competitive positioning of Euronext’s UK businesses.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
- Good bachelor’s degree, with minimum 2 years’ experience within financial services or consulting.

Commcise has recently developed a custodial aggregation service which requires new skills and competencies to manage, notably the growth of the payment activity related to the custody of client funds (cash management, payment of client vendor’s invoices).
Key Accountabilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with Commcise’s business objectives, focusing on enhancing efficiency and scalability. Lead Business Operations team being primary and key contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Payment Operations Management: Oversee the end-to-end payment operations process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.

Ensure full reconciliation of customers cash positions over all the systems in use. Be responsible of billing amount calculation, for fees and sweep cash calls. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs, leveraging technology and best practices.

Jouw taken
- Inkomstenbeheer

About Euronext Financial Derivatives team
Euronext Derivatives offers a wide range of index futures and options as well as single stock options and futures to a diverse community of clients (Banks, Asset Managers, Brokers and Investment firms) worldwide.
The Paris Euronext Institutional Derivatives team focuses at defining the Derivatives strategy by developing the reach of its core products within clients mainly based in France, the UK and the US, and works closely with traders to develop new products and services to generate future growth.
Within this unit we are looking for a “Equity Derivatives Analyst”, a highly motivated and talented intern to be fully integrated into the team. His/her role will be to assist the team to help them in ensuring the business competitiveness among a demanding and fast growing environment. The intern will support the team in market and product development activities for its Derivatives franchise. The intern will help the team to support the client interaction and will be involved into the marketing campaign. Client targets include buy-side, sell-side, liquidity providers, asset managers and clearing members based in the continental Europe and the UK.

Missions

The Client Secretariat Associate will play a key role in ensuring effective client engagement and governance within the Euronext Securities Convergence Program and will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment between client perspectives and the organization’s service offerings.

Job Description
The Chief Technology Officer (‘CTO’) role at Euronext Corporate Services (‘ECS’) is a key management position and plays a critical part in the success of this technology-driven business line of the Euronext Group. Reporting to the CEO of ECS, the CTO oversees all ECS technology-related resources, is accountable in the management team of Corporate Services but also in the management team of the Euronext Group COO.
The CTO manages a team primarily based in Portugal (Porto) and in the Netherlands (Hoorn, Rotterdam).

The Primary Markets department covering Equity, Debt and Funds securities is notably in charge of the business relationship with listed companies and those considering an IPO on Euronext markets. - Ondertiteling en transcriptie: Je voegt nauwkeurige ondertitels en transcripten toe aan de uitzendingen.
- Beheer van uitzendingen: Je start, begeleidt en beëindigt live-uitzendingen voor gemeentelijke klanten, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt.
- Indexeren van uitzendingen: Je zorgt voor een gestructureerde sprekersindex, zodat kijkers gemakkelijk door de vergadering kunnen navigeren.
Wat ga je doen?
Na een gedegen inwerkperiode ben je klaar om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan voor onze klanten, die zich voornamelijk binnen de gemeentelijke en overheidssector bevinden. Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:
- Voorbereiding van de webcast: Je controleert of de klant de webcast correct heeft aangemaakt en of alle benodigde informatie beschikbaar is. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat de internetverbinding en de audio- en videoapparatuur naar behoren werken. Bij technische problemen kun je rekenen op ondersteuning van onze technische experts.
- Live bediening van de webcast: Je start de webcast, volgt actief de agendapunten en sprekers, geeft commentaar tijdens schorsingen en stopt de webcast op het juiste moment. Indien zich problemen voordoen tijdens de uitzending, stel je de klant gerust en schakel je indien nodig met de supportafdeling. Proactieve communicatie met de klant is hierbij essentieel.
- Sprekersindexatie: Binnen 48 uur lever je een nauwkeurige sprekersindex op, waarbij je met onze gebruiksvriendelijke editor zorgdraagt voor een overzichtelijke en correct gemonteerde uitzending.

Euronext is in the process of reviewing its Internal Control Framework, with a view on better integrating it on its Risk Management process and aligning it with recognized standards such as COSO.
This review will be conducted in a project-like organization, on a scope covering the core-market businesses, IT and associated support functions. The expected outcome of this initiative is an updated control framework including detailed and documented processes, a control program, as well as reporting and decision-making venues. The introduction of a system designed to automate the maintenance and the execution of the internal control program is also considered.
The intern's role will be to assist the Internal Controller in the project, and then to help on the execution of the control program. Within the Internal Control Team, the apprentice, under the responsibility of the internal controller, will be located in Milan.

Role and Key Accountabilities
Working within the Investor relations and communication services, reporting into the Sales Director, the New Sales Specialist Advisory & IR Solutions is dedicated to the Advisory & IR Solutions team and is responsible for :
Selling the whole range of Advisory & IR Solutions: IR.Manager, Shareholder Analysis, Post-Listing Advisory, and ESG Advisory, across Europe, with a focus on of companies listed on Euronext Exchanges (France, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, Ireland).
Generating new revenues by acquiring new logos and upselling existing clients: book 20 meetings per month proactively, understand the client needs, pitch the relevant value proposition to qualified prospects (with a focus on IR Officers and CFOs), manage the sales cycles and close deals.
Manage inbound leads generated by marketing activities.
Leverage and update the Corporate Services CRM accurately and timely in line with the team’s guidelines.

• Develop risk models, policies and procedures to ensure all market risk are adequately monitored (default risk, liquidity risk, FX risk, interest rate risk, investment risk, Derivatives Pricing Controls, Guarantees Calculation…)
