- Organizing and participating to interactive meetings and training sessions online for the entire Euronext Project Manager Community;

2) Talent Acquisition for Euronext's International Graduate Programme (VIE):
Drive the recruitment processes for our International Graduate Programme (VIE) in collaboration with Hiring Managers across various functions and locations: clarifying hiring needs, screening CVs, conducting job interviews, managing the hiring process.
Oversee the onboarding of VIEs. Provide ongoing support throughout their fixed-term contract, conduct regular check-ins to support their development, address any concerns, and facilitate their career growth.
Manage the offboarding process for VIEs, including conducting exit interviews and liaising with other HR departments to support continuous opportunities within the Euronext Group.
3) Project management:
Manage various projects related to HR development aimed at enhancing Employee Engagement, leading HR Transformation, enhancing HR team's capabilities and supporting Euronext's strategic plan, "Innovate for Growth 2027".

Role Summary
The Project Manager will (i) coordinate and ensure delivery of projects in the Derivatives & Post-Trade department of Euronext, and (ii) support the formalisation of the project roadmap.
Projects at Euronext are varied, such as a new product launch or expansion, technical migration, integration, regulatory change, or business protection. They require collaborating closely with multiple teams across the company. The projects cover the full project lifecycle, from the moment requirements are drafted to the launch of the service in production. Projects are also delivered across the value chain, from trading to clearing to settlement, and need to be tracked as such.
Working on the project roadmap consists in ensuring that projects are properly prioritised and delivered in the group project governance, preparing relevant committees including prioritisation proposals, and providing visibility on project milestones.
This is a highly visible role, at the crossroads of many departments, requiring strong interpersonal and organisational skills. The Project Manager will build bridges, manage risks, structure solid governance and ensure smooth implementation.
Key accountabilities
Project management
- Manage the project in line with Euronext’s Project Management policy;
- Work with the Product Owner on the project description: collect rationale, business case, impacted clients, impacted systems, roadmap, mapping of other key internal & external stakeholders;
- Ensure the Product Owner has drafted requirements and shared with internal stakeholders in due time; check they are complete and follow-up on missing items;
- Track IT delivery, with or without an IT PM, depending on the size and complexity of the project: specifications, sizing, timeline, development, test, dress rehearsals, implementation;
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to build a client tracker, and identify the client journey and sales milestones to secure the project;
- Set up and manage project governance: project & steering committee, project Gates as per the PM policy, escalation calls, dedicated workstream meetings, etc. The PM will be expected to prepare material, present when relevant, organise speakers, draft minutes and follow up on actions;
- Build a RACI matrix for the project, clearly stating the various parties’ roles and responsibilities, and obtaining their sign off;
- Manage key project deliverables: risk log, action log, timeline, KPIs, reporting, decision log, change request governance, etc.
- Track project spend via RUNN and review financial reporting;
- Oversee, coordinate and sometimes draft internal and external communications;
- Identify, manage, escalate, track issues and risks diligently;
- Ensure all internal readiness actions are properly identified and tracked;
- Secure regulatory non-objection in collaboration with Regulatory, Product and Risk teams.
Project roadmap contribution
- Track the list of initiatives and projects at trading level,
- Prepare the Design Authority meeting with the heads of business lines, collecting a description of new initiatives for approval by the Global Head of Derivatives and Post-Trade,
- Prepare the input for the Markets Service Board, whose role is to manage the project roadmap at Group trading level: provide input on the prioritisation for the Derivatives, Warrants, Securitised Derivatives & Indices business units, prepare materials if required,
- Ensure business, IT and operational teams follow the project management policy, share information through the right channels,
- Liaise with the clearing & CSD teams managing their project roadmap,
- Work on overall project transformation across the Derivatives & Post-Trade business unit, such as training, change management, or selected areas of improvement.
Profile
- At least 3 years’ project management experience, delivering projects from start to finish;
- Ability to draft presentations, memos, manage excel sheets (eg. trackers), draft minutes, action plans, manage risk logs;
- Proactive, rigorous and driven: will pick up on a topic, make sure risks are addressed and issues are solved, review a deliverable thoroughly before validation and will check consistency across instances;
- PMP certification is a plus, knowledge of agile methodology is a plus;

Role Summary
The International Business Developer VP - Debt and Funds Listing is responsible for evaluating, capturing and managing new debt business opportunities and initiatives with new and existing clients in assigned regions. He/she develops and manages optimal business relationship with key debt clients and prospects, oversees market analysis, monitors competitive activity, and identifies business unit’s needs. ESG bond listing will be at the centre of this role. This position will require thought leadership, product and regulatory expertise and drive to enhance Euronext ESG bond visibility and deliver on our next ESG strategy phase.
Key Accountabilities
Reporting to the Global Head of Debt and Funds Listing, the International Business Developer VP will be in charge of growing our debt and funds listing business internationally and delivering initiatives to enhance Euronext’s value proposition (products and services) and its position as a key listing venue among global exchanges, in cooperation with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Such initiatives / projects may include, but are not limited to:
- Develop debt and funds listings business originating from assigned regions;
- To increase debt and funds listing revenues in line with strategic KPIs and budget – (a) increasing overall market share (b) capturing significant share of new business and (c) building out geographical reach and penetration;

Within PMCS, the Listing Department is in charge of the relationship with listed companies and those contemplating an IPO. Our mission is to promote financial markets and explain to business leaders the benefits of listing and how to better use financial markets once public either on the equity or debt front. In addition, we are supporting a dynamic through creating and promoting new corporate services and financing instruments, developing the investors’ axis, bringing together the ecosystem and lobbying towards European public authorities.
Within the French Equity listing team, the intern will :
Actively monitor Equity capital markets and relevant newsflow for clients and prospects.
Support sales representatives in preparing Coverage meetings and Prospect pitch materials, spanning the entire value chain.

The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing both the pre-sales and post-sales interactions with the client for the Trading Products services.

The Corporate Actions & Listing Operations team (“CACL team”), located within Euronext Market Services department, is responsible for the day-to-day handling of listing operations and corporate actions across all cash asset classes (Equities, Bonds, ETFs & Structured Products) on Amsterdam, Brussels, Dublin, Lisbon, Oslo & Paris markets.
Member of the CACL team and reporting to the Cash Corporate Actions & Listing Operations Manager based in Paris, the Corporate Actions & Listing Operations Apprentice is responsible for the management of corporate actions and listing operations working with the entire Issuer’s ecosystem (Issuers, Advisors, CSDs, CCPs, Regulators, etc…) while also participating in the elaboration, specification and rollout of key internal initiatives launched by the CACL team.
The Corporate Actions & Listing Operations Apprentice is responsible for the below activities:
Manage corporate actions & listing operations:
- Actively monitor and address incoming corporate actions & listing queries, enforcing best practices and applicable procedures
- Contribute to the daily update of Euronext’s databases and trading engine by referencing listings of new securities and corporate actions events, ensuring correct setup and end-to-end consistency
