Job Summary

A Software Developer – Trainee will learn and become responsible of the development practices during the development phases of pre-production, user acceptance and production. 

The selected candidate will collaborate with all stakeholders and take responsibility for building high quality, functionally performing software in accordance to the available documentation of the project (business requirements, functional specification, solution document, etc) for DevFactory Data Services. For this, we are looking for someone technically qualified in an IT environment, through their studies or previous work experience, proactive and eager to learn our ways of working while contributing to their continuous improvement. 

This position may require traveling to other locations, as such France.

As a Senior Product Designer, the candidate will participate in the discovery phase for our products by conducting user research and designing web applications. He/she will be in charge of user research, design sprint with creation of prototypes, animation and creation of user paths and interfaces ensuring effective transfer to the development team.

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Product, working closely with Product Managers to anticipate changes and design new features.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Participate in the overall design of the user experience: user research, prototyping, ideation workshops, user tests , recommendations, design system and everything needed for a seamless handoff

Role and Key Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with business teams and product managers to gather product requirements and analyze them thoroughly as needed. Translate the product requirements into precise and clear epics and user stories.
  • Manage the backlog effectively, establish a prioritized list of epics and stories for the product development team, set clear priorities for each sprint, and review deliverables to ensure they meet stakeholder’s expectations.
  • Become a product subject matter expert for the team.
  • Own product release plans and set the expectations internally and externally for the delivery of new functionalities in the Product.
  • Works closely with the Product & Innovation team, understanding overall theme and operational objectives by studying business function and requirements. Share feedback on features and ideas.

Job Description

The Service Data Analyst is responsible for the ongoing service improvement activities within the IT service delivery lifecycle and looks for opportunities to improve the performance of services to deliver enhanced value to the business.
The selected candidate will be part of a team based in Porto and will work in a high-tech, fast learning environment, with colleagues across all Euronext locations.
You will act as an ITIL expert in the analysis and development of existing processes, analytics' procedures and methods to promote effective business intelligence and systems operations through standardization, automation and data integration and modeling. You will establish strong and productive relationships with key stakeholders ensuring that the service requirements of the business are incorporated into a framework of continuous improvement.

Key Accountabilities

- Developing Large Data Models to provide stakeholders with valuable Business Intelligence;

- Creating RPA solutions to increase the efficiency of the established workflows;
- Analyzing the service delivery process;
- Gathering and assessing KPIs, reporting process performance information to recommend, develop and implement improvements;
- Ensuring standardization and efficiency in workflows;
- Develop and document Service Data Analytics' own procedures and tools;
- Provide support and guidance to the technical teams as they implement service management policies, ensuring the quality throughout the implementation;
- Prepare and conduct training sessions to establish new tools and procedures, presenting them to a wide range of stakeholders within the company;
- Creative thinking and presenting ideas for business improvement.

Profile and Skills

 

Essential:
- Degree in a related field -
IEFP Level VI;
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
- English is a must, as it will be used on a daily basis to communicate with other teams and stakeholders;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- An affinity with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, ect.


Desirable:
- Interest in financial markets;
- Awareness of ITIL framework and processes;
- Knowledge of programming language (SQL/Python/DAX/MDX/PowerQuery);
- Experience in RPA and business analytics tools (such as Power Automate and Power BI)

The team has the responsibility for the relationship with listed companies in the area of corporate and price sensitive information, interacting with listed issuers, advisors and supervisory authorities. The team is also responsible for monitoring compliance by listed companies with the Exchange Rules, managing, where necessary, the relevant institutional proceedings (e.g. suspension/delisting/enforcement proceedings). 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Monitoring price sensitive information disseminated by companies listed on Euronext Equity Italian Markets. 
  • Preparing and publishing Borsa Italiana Announcements, including the relevant technical provisions 
  • Populating Borsa Italiana database in relation to corporate events and dividend payment 
  • Check on Euronext Growth Milan listed companies' obligations 
  • Check on Specialist obligations 

The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements: 

  • Degree in Economic and Business/Law 
  • Basic knowledge of financial statement analysis, company and financial law and markets and financial instruments 
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office suite of products 
  • Good knowledge of English 
  • Good ability to work in team and excellent autonomy in performing the assigned tasks 
  • Excellent level of precision and attention to details and excellent time management skills
