We are looking for a Manager, Business Development & Sales - Netherlands. This new position will report directly to the Head of ELITE Europe, ad interim covered by the CEO of ELITE.

Amongst other projects, the Manager, Business Development & Sales - Netherlands be accountable for the below activities:

• Strategic commercial development for Netherlands: develop and execute an effective commercial plan to generate new business and deepen strategic relationships to increase ELITE’s footprint and rollout of new services, in coordination with Product / Marketing teams

• Revenue management: develop and maintain revenues (including on a recurring basis) with existing and new clients by leveraging on the value proposition of product /service on Dutch scope

• Relationship management: make tactical and strategic contacts at the management level through client networks and other channels

• Support to build the new Sales & Relationship Management approach in Europe to ensure and drive the execution of a structured Relationship Management model, in order to ensure continuous engagement with paying members (both companies and partners)

• Work closely with Product Teams (Membership and Capital Services) in order to coordinate product proposition and facilitate go-to market/distribution

• Ability to effectively elicit information from within and outside Euronext and professionally substantiate findings and conclusions.
• Strong prioritization skills. Must have the ability to multi-task on varying projects and initiatives.

o Develop and execute the strategic vision for the indices division.
o Take responsibility for the financial performance and strategy of the team.
o Manage index structuring, index sales, index design and index product management experts.
o Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure impeccable corporate actions management, as well as swift go-to-market on custom-made indices.
o Drive innovation in index products and services.
o Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and partners.
