HydrogenPro gir gass på Børsen

Oslo, 14. oktober 2020 – Hydrogenselskapet HydrogenPro ble i dag tatt opp til handel på Merkur Market. – Dette innleder en ny fase i utviklingen av selskapet, kommenterer HydrogenPro.

HydrogenPro leverer anlegg for produksjon av hydrogen. I forbindelse med noteringen på Merkur Market hentet selskapet 600 millioner i en aksjeemisjon, der utstedelse av nye aksjer sto for 550 millioner kroner og nedsalg fra eksisterende eiere 50 millioner kroner. Emisjonen ble møtt med stor interesse, både fra norske og utenlandske investorer, og ble betydelig overtegnet, meldte selskapet.

– Vi er svært fornøyde med mottakelsen emisjonen fikk i markedet. Mottakelsen reflekterer den stigende interessen fra investorhold for grønt hydrogen, kommenterte Walter Qvam, styreleder i HydrogenPro. 

– Dette innleder en ny fase i utviklingen av selskapet. Vi vil styrke organisasjonen, fortsette å utvikle vår teknologi og det nære samarbeidet med våre partnere, sa Mårten Lunde, administrerende direktør i HydrogenPro.
