Norse Atlantic tar steget videre til Euronext Expand

Oslo – 28. april 2023 – I dag er Norse Atlantic (ticker: NORSE) overført fra Euronext Growth til Euronext Expand. Dette er den tredje overføringen mellom markedsplassene på Oslo Børs så langt i år, og den 35. siden begynnelsen av 2020. Dette viser at vekstmarkedet fungerer etter hensikten og gir vekstselskaper tilgang til kapital for videre utvikling og notering på hovedlisten.ææ

Norse Atlantic er basert i Arendal og satser på langdistanse flyvninger mellom fortrinnsvis Europa og USA. Selskapet ble etablert av administrerende direktør og hovedaksjonær Bjørn Tore Larsen våren 2021, og gjennomførte den første flyvingen sommeren 2022.  

Ved åpning av markedet var aksjeprisen 12,80 kroner per aksje, basert på prisen ved stenging på Euronext Growth 27. april 2023. Det gir selskapet en markedsverdi på om lag 852 millioner kroner.
