Norwegian Block Exchange tatt opp til handel på Euronext Growth

Oslo – 14. desember 2021 – I dag ble Norwegian Block Exchange tatt opp til handel på Euronext Growth (ticker: NBX). Selskapet ble startet som en spin-off av Norwegian Air Shuttle (NAS) hvor tanken var å skape en ny betalingsløsning rettet mot utenlandske reisende. Selskapet som ble grunnlagt av Bjørn Kjos, driver i dag en kryptobørs som tilbyr vekslings-, depot- og betalingstjenester med fokus på brukervennlighet, transparens og sikkerhet.

Akjeprisen er satt til 9 kroner per aksje basert på den siste handelen på OTC. Det gir selskapet en markedsverdi på om lag 584 millioner kroner på første handelsdag.

Med Norwegian Block Exchange, er det totalt 65 selskaper som har blitt notert på Oslo Børs’ markedsplasser så langt i år. 58 av disse selskapene handles på Euronext Growth.
