Turenne Investissement s’introduit sur Euronext

Paris – 12 June 2015– EnterNext, the Euronext subsidiary dedicated to promoting and growing the market for SMEs[1], today congratulatedprivate equity specialists Turenne Investissement on listing in Compartment C of the Euronext Paris regulated market.

Founded in 2006, Turenne Investissement is a private equity company that invests and divests directly or as co-investor with Turenne Capital Partenaires funds or other private equity funds. As sole investor or lead investor, it supports SMEs, helping them to become leaders in their fields. Turenne Investissement is active in five sectors: healthcare, outsourced services, specialised distribution, innovative industries and hotels.

Turenne Investissement (ticker code: ALTUR) was listed through the admission to trading of the 4,166,466 shares making up its equity following its transfer from Alternext. Market capitalisation was €20 million on the day of listing.
