Western Bulk Chartering debuterer på Euronext Growth

Oslo – 20. september 2021 – I dag ble tørrlastrederiet Western Bulk Chartering tatt opp til handel på Euronext Growth. Selskapet hentet nylig inn 130 millioner kroner i en rettet emisjon.

Western Bulk opererer innenfor Supermax/ Ultramax og Handysize tørrlast, og har kontorer i Oslo, Singapore, Seattle, Santiago og Casablanca. Selskapet matcher last med skip, og leier inn skip fra andre rederier og transporterer last for kunder over hele verden.

Tegningskursen i emisjonen ble satt til 30 kroner per aksje, og selskapets markedsverdi på noteringsdagen er 1,008 milliard kroner.

Med Western Bulk Chartering er det notert 60 nye selskaper på Oslo Børs og Euronext Growth hittil i år.
