Xplora debuterer på Børsen

Oslo, 18. november – Smartklokkeselskapet Xplora Technologies ble i dag tatt opp til handel på Merkur Market.

Xplora er mest kjent for sine mobilklokker tilpasset barn. I forbindelse med børsnoteringen hentet selskapet 100 millioner kroner i en aksjeemisjon.

– Vi har fått inn en fin blanding av nye aksjonærer med gjennomgående høy kvalitet. Det er både institusjoner, individuelle investorer og family offices med relevant kompetanse for vårt arbeid fremover, sa Sten Kirkbak, gründer og konsernsjef i Xplora, til Finansavisen. 

Emisjonskronene skal finansiere vekst, og vil bli brukt til å utvikle nye produkter og utvide selskapets inntektsgrunnlag.
