IMMOBEL celebrates retail bond issuance

Alexander Hodac, CEO of IMMOBEL, opens the trading day at the Brussels exchange to celebrate Immobel’s retail bond issuance.

In October 2018, IMMOBEL launched an initial issue of 5 or 7 years, for a maximum amount of 100 million euros. IMMOBEL herewith confirms its financial strategy of diversification of its funding sources and its commitment to pursue the development of its real estate portfolio in Europe.
